Terms & Conditions

1. Who you are contracting with

DealPilot AI ("DealPilot", "we", "us") is operated by Anh Minh Trinh Nguyen. When you create an account or subscribe, you are entering into an agreement with Anh Minh Trinh Nguyen. You can reach us at support@dealpilot.software.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account, subscribing, or continuing to use DealPilot, you agree to these terms. If you are using DealPilot on behalf of a brokerage, team, or company, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization. If you are using DealPilot as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age to enter a contract.

3. What DealPilot provides

DealPilot is a transaction coordination workspace for real estate professionals. It reads uploaded contracts and documents, tracks deadlines and tasks, organizes documents and communication, and offers AI-generated summaries and guidance.

DealPilot does not provide legal, financial, tax, or brokerage advice. AI-generated content — including extracted dates, calculated deadlines, suggested wording, and summaries — may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing every output against the signed contract and applicable law before relying on it, and for consulting your broker or an attorney where appropriate.

4. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • use DealPilot for any unlawful purpose, or in violation of real estate licensing or fair housing laws;
  • commit fraud, send spam, or impersonate another person or organization;
  • upload content you do not have the right to share, or that infringes someone else's rights;
  • interfere with the security or integrity of the service — including malware, probing, scraping, automated bulk extraction, reverse engineering, or circumventing usage or access limits;
  • resell, redistribute, or sublicense the service without our written permission.

6. AI features and your content

You are responsible for the documents and prompts you submit, for having the right to upload them, and for how you use the outputs. You keep ownership of your content; you grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the service to you and the people you invite. We may remove content or restrict features where required by law or where content violates these terms. Rights holders may contact us at the email above to request removal of infringing material; repeat infringement can result in account termination.

7. Our intellectual property

We retain all rights in DealPilot, including its software, design, documentation, and branding. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your selected plan.

8. Availability

We work to keep DealPilot available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Features may change, and maintenance or third-party outages may cause downtime.

9. Payment, billing and subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis and renew automatically until canceled. Paid plans may begin with a free trial; a payment method is required to start a trial and billing begins when the trial ends unless you cancel first. If you cancel, your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. If a renewal payment fails, access may be suspended until payment is resolved.

Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are handled by our reseller. For full details see Paddle's Buyer Terms and our Refund Policy.

10. Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may cancel at any time. When access ends, you may export your data for 30 days, after which we may delete or anonymize it.

12. Warranties and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DealPilot is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits, lost data, or lost goodwill. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these terms.

14. General

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, and disputes will be handled by the courts of that jurisdiction. You may not assign your rights without our consent; we may assign in connection with a merger or acquisition. Neither party is responsible for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control. If we update these terms, we will post the revised version here with a new date.
