DealPilot AI, operated by Anh Minh Trinh Nguyen, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net with your order details, or email us at support@dealpilot.software and we will help you through it. Refunds are returned to the original payment method; the time it takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.

Paid plans start with a 14-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial, and you can cancel any time before it ends at no cost. After the trial, subscriptions renew automatically. If you cancel, your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
